Merhabalar gelecek olan bu yağışlı sistemin analizine öncelikle pek kimsenin üzerinde durmadığı husus 500 hps sıcaklığının -25 bandına inmesi dolayısıyla bu durum sistemin konvektif karakterini ve dolu ihtimalini artıran bir faktör olacaktır. Ayrıca bu bağlamda deniz suyu sıcaklığının yüksek olması ve 500 hpa nın bu mevsimde yaklaşık -25 gibi ekstrem değerde olması aradaki ekstrem fark sistemin konvektif karakterine artı katkı sağlayacaktır diye tahmin ediyorum. Su hortumu riski de söz konusu sıcaklığın mevsim normallerinin 10 hatta yaklaşık 15 derece altına inmesi demek bu sistem kışın gelseydi metrelik kar demektir.

Genel Durum
Yapılan son değerlendirmelere göre; Kuzeybatı kesimlerde görülecek sağanak ve gök gürültülü sağanak yağışların, yarın (Salı) sabah saatlerinden itibaren bölgenin batısından başlamak üzere Marmara (Edirne'nin güneyi, Tekirdağ, Çanakkale'nin kuzey ve doğusu, Balıkesir'in kuzeyi, İstanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bursa, Yalova), zamanla Batı Karadeniz'in batısında (Düzce ve Zonguldak) kuvvetli (21-60 kg/m2/12 saat) olması beklendiğinden sel, su baskını, yıldırım, yağış anında kuvvetli rüzgar ve ulaşımda aksamalar gibi olumsuzluklara karşı dikkatli ve tedbirli olunması gerekmektedir.
